Hugging this character: Sure. He might be taken off-guard, though, especially if you're a stranger. But if you're someone close to him, he'll hug back.
Kissing this character: As long as it makes sense IC. Maruki has issues regarding relationships that he's currently working on, though, so he might not take it well.
Flirting with this character: You're welcome to try. He might not get it; and due to the above, he might also pretend to not get it.
Fighting with this character: Depends. If it makes sense for the narrative, sure; but barring any kind of in-scenario powers, Maruki has none of his own.
Injuring this character: Again, depends on how much sense it makes. Nothing that he can't heal back, however.
Killing this character: No
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: I'm generally OK with it, as anything I don't want to be heard telepathically I just won't include in the comments. If you have an idea, though, just ask.
Warnings: Maruki is a Persona character, and a pretty significant one at that, so sensitive material is a given. He has experience counseling teenagers who are struggling with some very heavy issues which may or may not come up, plus he has some serious issues himself, particularly when it comes to psychological trauma and romance.
